: Don't know all the details but rapper Nate Dog (Nathaniel Dawayne Hale) died of a heart attack and this is being reported on Cali's 105.9 radio station.
In 2007 he suffered a stroke and was paralyzed on his left side. Don't know who he leaves behind but may e rest in peace and my thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
Siafu,
yep we do. our health as a nation and as a sub-group continues to deteriorate. I know and i have heard of too many black in their mid 30s suffering from heart problems caused my diet and lifestyle, diebetes, and other conditions caused by an unhealthy life style.
At 30 or 40, one is still in the prime of their lives, so these types of conditions need not be the norm
Siafu,
I live in the south, where eating healty is laughed at.lol
It fuks me up when i see so many young black men and women on dialysis, blood pressure pills, have diabetes, etc. some of these folks are also teens.
cut back on the crack junk food, eat more fruits and veggies, go walking if you dont have time to exercise. soul food should not be an everyday diet, it is not healthy
drink more water and cut back on the chemical sodas.
Nate Dogg IS NOT DEAD
Mediatakeout.com is fraudulent. Rarely do they have their facts straight and now have to write a retraction and apology to Nate Dogg and his family for printing the rumor that he died.
Do MTO investigate their resources before publishing unthruths that can hurt and devastate people lives and families. I admit I enjoy the stories because they are quite comical...however...untrue. You should never believe everything you hear, read or see. So to readers, please treat MTO for what it is, entertainment puposes only.....not CNN
Please follow the link to [link to external website] ..scroll to the bottom where it states: On May 13, 2008, it was announced by tabloid website, Mediatakeout.com, that the singer known as Nate Dogg died, as a result of complications from the stroke he suffered in 2007. However, after several calls from the friends and family of singer Nate Dogg, Mediatakeout was forced to issue a retraction and apology. Nate Dogg is doing well and continuing to improve his well being.
Lol, don't you people realize that most of the first part of this thread happened in 2008 after his second stroke when Nate was MISTAKENLY announced dead? The previuose 3 or 4 posts in this thread seem to be from today March 15th 2011. Now having said that, I wish today's announcement was a mistake also BUT, sadly....... REST IN PIECE NATE!
