Will any of this fighting result in transfer of ownership?? Are any of these unions and their members getting a share of the profits???

It doesn't seem like they were revolting against bosses--the article says that this was sparked by violence between rival unions. I've read of worker dissatisfaction with the failure of mining companies to distribute profits fairly,e.g., for wages and development, but a lot of this violence seems to relate to fools bringing tribal behavior into serious workplace disputes. The police get involved, and then even more hell ensues.

These workers deserve better treatment just like workers all over the world. They stood up for their rights. The murderous bosses ought to be tried and locked away for life!
