Of course they may stand to gain financially if the will is found invalid. Then they petition the court to split the considerable proceeds in a manner that benefits the entire family.

It's sad that, once again, black wealth has failed to stay in black hands. One of the richest black men in the world has left his entire fortune to a band of white test tube babies that are no blood relation to him. But, be that as it may. The will is solid and incontesable. The black Jacksons will always lose on that point.

What Janet should do, as the only other Jackson with money and the capability to earn more, is to create a revocable living trust to support her broke, ***-ass brothers, funded by the proceeds of one massive Janet Jackson album and tour.

She should, first, visit a financial planning professional to figure out what it would take in a lump sum of money, to generate a lifetime income stream that will keep her brothers comfortably supported for life. Generally speaking, that will be the annual income require times 25. Say her brothers can get along, comfortably, on a millon dollars per year to be shared by all of them. I think that's reasonable, given the fact that they are almost senior citizens and should have already have "sowed their wild oats." So that would be 25 million needed for her brothers, in theory.

Janet should then get back in touch with Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis and record a GOOD, marketable album, like "Janet," the "Velvet Rope," or "All for You." Not a dud like "Discipline." Janet could then tour for however long it takes to make that 25 million (a year, two years, whatever). Once the trust is funded with the $25 million, the brothers should be provided with a monthly allowance, just like Katherine. Janet's own $150 million principal assets will then be safe from their bumming and begging and she can live it peace with the reality that nobody is getting Michael's money except his white, bought and paid for children.

Those test tube babies were his test tube babies.... it does not matter, he raised them since birth. And just because they didn't come out of his d*ck sac, don't mean they were not his. So give that *** rest, and move on with the bs. He is money who wanted .... Janet is an old washed up b*tch and could not sellout her last concert..... What she need to do is take care of Randy with is jobless azz. and Rebie who never had a job...... NEXT!

DearAbbi

The bottom *** line is Michael fed and took care of the grown azz MF's and now he is dead they still want him to take care of them..... LISTEN UP! MF'S JACKSONS GET A F*CKIN' JOB, YOU GREEDY B*TCHES!

DearAbbi

And Janet don't spend all of your money trying fight something you have clearly lost. Because that money you have left will be gone in no time. And who wants to listen to a lying B*tch that was married for 10yrs and lied about it. Go show another tittie and we may remember you had a career!

357Maggie you obviously failed to read the first sentence of my post, which was:

"It's sad that, once again, black wealth has failed to stay in black hands."

If Michael's children are indeed white invitros fathered by Dermatogologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, it means that Michael's last will and testament has effectively enabled one of the largest transfers of black weath to waiting white hands in American history. And that is nothing to celebrate. Black families do a poor enough job as it is preserving and transferring wealth intergenerationally.

But I suppose if Michael did not allow the white man in to save his weath and transfer it to his chosen white heirs, he and his biological family might have assed it up anyways. They were/are talented fools.

The true lineage of Michael's children does matter in terms of knowing their family medical history. And I think there should be an investigation into WHERE, and FROM WHOM they came. I'm not entirely convinced all the necessary legal steps were taken in terms of establishing paternity. It seems like he just bought them off a shelf somewhere, after making a back alley deal. Were Arnie Klein's rights fully respected?

Janet's last tour, "Up Close and Personal," (2011) filled seats at an average capacityof 98% and made about $12 million dollars. And this was a limited tour with several cancellations. I'm sure with a much larger tour and a good album out as backing, she could do triple the revenue from the tour alone.

She's not going to turn her back on her brothers and let them be homeless or ont the street. Better to face up to that inevitable responsibility and fund it with money outside of what she currently had, which she'll need for her own future security.
