Yes it takes discipline .
You also have to want go get fit on your own accord - you do it for self!
I use to be that girl who didn't care about my body and health.
I use to think that since I was still young that I didn't have to take care of my fitness - I was DEAD WRONG -
Over the course of 5 years I had put on 50 lbs of fat. I changed myself in 2009, joined a gym but didn't stick to it.
In 2010.. I finally woke up & went hard up in the gym, I even found ways to stay fit at home by jogging every day around my neighborhood (30-40 mins a day to be exact). I eat in moderation .. I don't starve.
Instead of two baked pieces of chicken I'll eat one. I eat smaller meals through out the day to fuel my metabolism . I drink plenty of water and get a good ***'s rest. I ensure that my mental health is well too.
So if you have the drive .. You can do it!!!
It starts with you! I canh tell you how to do it but you'll soon find a way ..a lifestyle .
This is my life. I ain't going back! Lol
