On Wednesday, Shyheim (who is now 36) turned himself in to police. The man who was killed, Felipe Avila was driving his car and was killed in a crash. Police say the crash was was caused when Shyheim allegedly ran a stoplight.
The rapper is understood to be facing a charge of leaving the scene of a fatal accident, a class D felony. At the time of the accident, he was out on $10,000 bail following his April 2013 arrest on gun and drug possession charges.
Prayers to you Souljah....Keep your head up and do good work on the inside for yourself and the other thug angels you can lead with your strength....you shouldn't of left the scene but you are loved & supported still & you still have life so make it count!!!
Yeah I think he did catch a murder rap. But shit happens.yeah that's crazy George shootaman got help from all over. Idk if he's worth helping. The wu has so many members doing ish an they won't even help they're own people so that should tell you something. If he gets off of this he needs to convert to Islam or give his life to The Lord. Sometimes people need change. But hold your head up bra. Better pull a shaggy. It wasn't me.
Sorry, but leaving the scene of an accident is terrible. A man died. He should have thought of that when he decided he was above paying attention to traffic signs, and blowing off the deaths of other people. Disgusting.
Sad situation all around....smh...
