How'd the do it, you ask? Well according to a MediaTakeOut.com SNITCH, the legal team argued that Kat should be allowed to stay in the United States on HUMANITARIAN GROUNDS. The insider explained, "They told the judge that Venezuela is a corrupt country and if she goes back, she might be killed."
And it worked. According to the insider, the judge agreed that Kat can STAY in the United States pending a full hearing. And she's set to be released TOMORROW.

I know many wont agree with me (Like I Give_a_Damn) but I'm glad she wasn't deported and I'm glad she's out of jail.. I don't agree with any of the *** that she's put people through.. Admittedly, she tried to ruin peoples lives, break up families, have people children taken away, have individuals locked up, defame peoples characters and so on.. But I didn't think she deserved to had been deported for it.. We're blessed to have the freedom that we have My mom has a co worker from Panama and she told me stories that makes you wish she would say (April Fools... It was just a joke) that's how bad it is where she's from.. Stepping over dead body after dead body, is nothing too them, so I couldn't wish a person back to where they are from because I have no understanding of what they might of endured or why they decided to leave in the first place..
I would like too say that she's a changed person and that she sees how blessed she is to have been spared, but generally when you're dealing with someone like that.... They never change (at least for the better that is) because most of the time they get worse.. But in the end, that's on her.. We put her where she is today, we are the reason why she proudly considered herself queen of the media (Yup, You Too).. Because when women like Kat Stacks come around they only become know through relevancy, so every time we spoke too her, speak of her, make hate pages, make support pages, began following her on twitter, putting her in rap songs, buying the magazines she was featured in, wishing death on her or her mama and kid, laughed at the *** she was doing or saying and going to bat for your favorite celebrity (without even knowing if she was lying Or if they were lying) and Even Worse... Eventually, she'll make a change (whether it's forced or done because she's caused herself to lose someone she loves... Maybe even through death) But either way, I'm over her and the whole situation..
