Here's what happened. Kat Stacks is a citizen of Venezuela and never received her permanent residency for the United Sates.
A few years back, she got into trouble with the law, once for prostitution and another time, she did a bid for carrying a concealed weapon.
Under a new US law, if you are not a citizen and you commit a crime on US soil . .. you can get deported. And that's EXACTLY what the United States intends to do to Katt Stacks.
We're gonna be sad to see her go. She was a source of comedy and entertainment to us all. But we bet there are DOZENS of rappers and ballers who AIN'T. SMH . . .

I personally don't like wishing bad things on people. But this is karma. She tried to mess up people's life, never once took care of her son..hangs out and get drunk while being underage, been arrested for prostitution..She giving immigrants a bad name and she isn't doing anything positive in the USA. So yeah 9 times out of 10, if they look closer into her documents and background, she WILL get deported. When you are illegal in America you shouldn't be out there like that. Reading is fundamental people... if we're pretending that MTO is credible they aren't saying she didn't HAVE a visa. They said that she never received her permanent residency... (so her temp visa could still be valid)and according to new law if you are not a US citizen ( i.e. on a temp visa) and you committ a crime ( i'm assuming past and present) then the gov has cause to deport you... i'm assuming it's at someones discretion... :/

the new law is correct and they are deporting people as we speak but it's under certain circumstances. It must be a FELONIOUS crime and it has to go back X amount of years. Looking at what was posted, if Kat Stacks is 21 and it was when she was 18 years old, she will get deported for carrying a concealed weapon, but not the prostitution one. It's for dangerous crimes such as drugs, assaults, or gun charges. It was pushed through congress after 9-11 to get rid of illegals in our country with violent criminal backgrounds.

As someone who knows ALOT about ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement) and deportation proceedings, I can tell you this much. If she was arrested on these 2 charges as you said and she is illegal in this country, the 287G program would have bounced into effect. She would have been prosecuted, jailed and then after her tenure in jail she would have been released....but not into her own custody. She would have been released into ICE Custody and then deportation proceedings would have begun on her. If she was convicted of these crimes and they were classifed as aggravated felonies, then ICE could deport her just for the simple fact that she is a aggravated felon. If these crimes are not aggravated felonies, then she will be taken to a ICE Detention Center and put into detention while her deportation proceedings take place. These include her getting served with a Notice to Appear in immigration court before a Immigration Judge. This is all while she is STILL IN DETENTION. IT could take up to 1 month+ for her court date. The Immigration Judge will then hear her case and the judge will then see if she is removable from this country. If she is deemed removable, then she will be removed and a bar will be placed on her. A Bar is a time limit for when she can return back to the country or try to obtain legal status.

What if I knew some dirt on somebody who did me wrong, and this person was a legal resident here in the U.S. from Venezuela, but I knew that the person possessed two passports with different birthdays. Is it likely that one of the passports is a fake and may have been used when they first left Venezuela and began their paperwork to apply for residency in the U.S.?

PEOPLE (ESPECIALLY FOREIGN) TEND TO KEEP THEIR PASSPORTS EVEN IF THEY HAPPEN TO BE EXPIRED BECAUSE IT IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT FROM THAT COUNTRY THAT VERIFIES THIS PERSON'S CITIZENSHIP. @ Pashathatsme, yes you did, thanks! I didn't know a permanent resident still had to reapply after a certain amount of time. I had heard alot of people are desperate to get out of Venezuela under Chavez' rule and are taking desperate measures to do so, such as bribing government workers to get them fraudulent passports. And when this 'friend' told me he had 2, with different birthdates, it sent a red flag in my mind. If someone were to place a tip, how long would it typically take ice to investigate? If his papers turned out fine, could the tipster get in trouble for the wrong tip?
