So, I'm going to speak in terms of the wife suing the mistress since I have yet to hear of a man suing his wife's lover.
If anybody's a ***, it's the husband because he's suppose to be only sleeping with the wife and yet chose to sleep with another person as well. If anybody's a homewrecker,it's the husband because after all, he's a HUGE (usually the head) part of the family and home structure.
Don't get me wrong, I don't agree with what the mistress is doing either. She's dead wrong. However, we are in a contemporary day and age and society is much more liberal than before. There are some who don't recognize marriage as a union between a man and a woman. Some people have open marriages. Some people are not Christians. I could go on for days. With that being said, this mistress may not have the same moral standards as the wife to whom she technically owes nothing, but the husband DOES. That's who took VOWS adn MARRIED you.
Don't give me anything about people becoming more seductive. That's ***. Your so-called husband should have some self control. Your husband should respect you enough to stay faithful. Your husband should think about his children. Your husband OWES that to you the same as you owe fidelity to him. Why the *** are you taking blame off of him and chasing down the mistress?? Women seem to do that because they see the mistress as being against them. Guess what? Your "husband" is to. He went behind your BACK.
So you go through all of this drama to sue this other woman and what not. That gets you no where because you're still alone in a marriage, you're still emotionally scarred, and you're still wondering where the hell your husband is. He sees that there are no repercussions for his dirt so he continues to do what he wants and cheats.
@frenchgirl: & it still doesn't change the fact that he's the married one that stepped out on his wife even though he claims the relationship was pretty much over before A-Keys came into the picture. So Swizz is just as responsible or more than Alicia IMO. Because if he didn't respect/cherish his fam,why should the so-called "other" should?
A Keys is not a homewrecker. Swizz Beatz didn't want to be with Mashonda anymore. So there you go. I don't know why the fellas aren't co-signing with Swizz Beatz. Y'all know dam well if y'all were in the same situation y'all would of done the same thing. Bottom line is he didn't want to be with his wife and he left her. Sorry but relationships don't always work. And break-ups aren't easy either.

I'm actually very surprised that Alicia would go that LOW! if they were separated, or having problems that doesn't change the fact that we was STILL legally married to his wife!
