Yes, MTO, a lot of sisters are leaving the relaxers alone. Dem relaxers burn most of us! I was even doing the "Oprah relaxer" ($150.00) for 2 yrs. I see a lot of sistahs with healthy relaxed hair, but, for some of us wearing natural styles is the ONLY way to achieve healthy hair and down right BEAUTIFUL too!

Ladies wearing their hair like Amber is no different than ladies wearing theirs like Beyonce. At least the Ambers' hair is completely theirs, grown from their scalp. MTO how do you know that these chicks are bitting Amber's swag? Just because they have short hair doesn't mean [EXPLETIVE]. Amber dyed her hair blue but that ain't nothing original. Amber is a fly girl and I for one love her but her style is not all that original. There are plenty girls that dress in the same way - way before Amber got in the media. I've had my hair like this for 5 years... And I've had my hair long and relaxed for many years b4 I cut it off... The buzz cut is not new people...It's just that people now realizing the hairstyle. No one is copying off of anyone...Cuz if thats the case then I can safely say that people with weaves and perms been copying off each other for years with the same type of hair...Even me when mines was long...
