You didn't have to reply to my comment to you, but I thank you for doing so, on or off topic. Any sista with a brain knows that she can be self sufficient. No woman "needs" a man to financially support her. What you need a man for is to procreate with. It would be nice to be married and have a family with someone you love, like and respect and not just make a baby with someone who you don't want to share your life with.
If a brotha is bashing a sista, it could be a reflection of some bad feelings he has about himself. He may not have such a good relationship with his mother. If a brotha has terrible relationships with sistas, that doesn't mean he should go to a white woman because that will change, because I am pretty sure he'll have bad relationships with white women as well.
As long as YOU feel good about yourself as a person, why does it matter if someone attempts to bash you?
