: The 1990s group HI-FIVE was one of the hottest groups of their era – with their biggest song being ‘THE KISSING GAME.’ But now two tragedies has people wondering if the group is CURSED.
In 2007 fans were shocked when they learned that lead singer Tony Thompson’s body was discovered by security officers outside of an apartment complex in his native Waco, Texas. An autopsy later determined that Thompson died from “toxic effects of chlorodifluoromethane,” or inhaling a toxic amount of freon.
Now according to the NY Daily News, another member of the group just turned himself in for the MURDER OF HIS WIFE. Here is what they report:
Chart-topping ’90s boy band member Russell Neal – who scored success with his group “Hi-Five” – reportedly entered a Harris County station at 6:10 p.m. Wednesday.
He then informed officers that his wife’s lifeless body could be found inside their west Houston apartment.
Cops knocked down the door to the couple’s home and found Catherine Martinez killed by multiple stab wounds.
