Agreed he is pretty stupid, however, I work for a major credit card company, and any person within the same credit/income bracket can easily be re-issued a card a whim. Just because the number is displayed in the picture, more likely than not that card has been reissued with a new number, if not initiated by him, then initiated by Amex. While his card number is being presented online, online usage for his type of card come with a "virtual number" that is changed on every online purchase. |
